I created this using different patents on parts for sewing machines. I re-assembled these different parts to build this sewing machine. This is how I imagine the strange inner-workings of these awesome machines. An intricate world of little moving bits and parts.

A 3-D experience (3-D glasses) - A 3x3 feet meditation Mandala designed for the Compassion Center at the University of Arizona. Students can sit or stand in front of the large mandala with the 3-D glasses on and meditate. the 3-D glasses help the layers of the design expand before the viewers eyes.

On the other side of the wall are many unfortunate hateful quotes found online about migrant lives.

One side shows the skeletal charts used during autopsies and the other side shows the logo for the Medical Examiners office. These were sold to raise money for identifications of bodies found on the US-Mexico border
